Commitee Meeting
We shall be having a Committee Meeting on 28th March.
The articles, for publication in the next Bonnyseen Magazine, have been selected.
If your story does not appear in the next issue, it will be in the following one.
We had rather too much to choose from this issue.
That is a terrific response and a good sign.
Smith Institute Visit
On Friday 14th, the group had a very informative visit to the Smith Institute in Stirling.

We had a trip to see miniature tractors made by Rollo's.
We then visited 'The Pineapple' which is being renovated.

Valnetine's Day - 50 years ago!
Whilst searching for information on Bonnybridge, I came across this small newspaper article. Since today if Valentines day I just had to post it.
This was in a newspaper in Monessen, Pennsylvania, USA. Since it was during 1964, perhaps some Bonnybridge folk will remember it.
Canal Chat
Last Friday, we have a very informative talk from Chris O'Connell from the Canal Archives.
He had some interesting slides, compiled from the archives, which showed how some of the canal works were constructed and beautifully hand drawn old maps and documents.
