Surgeon's Hall

The history group will be on a field trip on the 22nd April and will not be in the library.

We are visiting the Surgeon's Hall in Edinburgh.

It is going to be a busy couple of weeks for us.

Next Meeting

Our next meeting is on Friday 8th April from 2-4pm in the Library.

The next issue of the Bonnyseen Magazine

 has been created and will be off to the printers soon.

Now it's time for your stories and photos for the next issue!

Easter Holiday

The library will be closed 25th March for the Easter Holiday.

The History group will, therefore, not be meeting. 

We will resume as usual on the 1st of April.

Next Meeting

GHS will be in the Library from 2-4pm on Friday 11th March.

On the 18th March, there will be a talk on the Somme Battlefields by Moira Martin.

Talk at Stirling

Friday 26th February, the History group will be at a talk in the Smith Institute in Stirling.

Smith & Wellstood Mural

We are looking for any information regarding the Smith and Wellstood Mural. We need the names pf people who appeared in the mural. We do have a lot of the names but there are still a few missing and we have been corrected on others.

Talk on Brochs

There is a talk on Brochs on 29th January, in the Library.
